  • 2 Sliced cucumbers 
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • Purified water 

Take a pitcher of water and add all the ingredients to it. Slightly press the fruits with a spoon to release their flavors and mix well. Additionally, you can add some ice to the concoction. Dispense your detox water in a glass and enjoy.
