The Buyer should verify the Product upon its receipt.

1. Return of Product with Cause

The Buyer shall be permitted to return a Product with manufacturing defects/ tempered packaging provided the Buyer informs about the same within 3(Three) days of delivery by getting in touch with the Customer Care service team on their e-mail id care@livpuresleep.com . In case the packaging is tampered, then it is recommended that the same is not opened and should be returned in the same condition.

2. Return of Product without Cause

Return or replacement of mattresses (except custom) will be done as per the 100-night trial policy. Livpure does not offer returns without any cause on any non-mattress products delivered to the buyer.

In case a Product is delivered in the wrong quantity, colour, model and/or size or when the Product is significantly different from the description given on the Website, an endeavour shall be made to help the Buyer affect a return within 3(Three) days of the delivery of such a Product.

The Product shall not be allowed to be returned if the Product ID/Serial No. is tampered and/or when the original packaging of the product is not available.

Refund will be made to the Buyer once the return is accepted by Livpure Smart Homes Pvt Ltd. For pre-paid orders, the refund will be processed within 7(Seven) to 10(Ten) working days. For Cash-on-Delivery orders the refund shall be processed within 10(Ten) to 12(Twelve) working days.

MATTRESS

Livpure mattresses can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product has defect. The customer will be able to return the mattress only in cases of:

  • Deformity, Damage, Sagging/ Shrinkage after 72 hrs of Decompression
  • Stitching Defect, Fabric Damages
  • Deviation from Specification - Size, Fabric & Foam

The return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to

  • Damages caused by customers- sharp objects for opening pack inflicted damage
  • Instructions on manual not followed while decompressing the mattress
  • Missing Product Label

Warranty on Livpure Vital Reversible Mattress

  • Livpure’s Vital Foam Mattress comes with a 7 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes covers).
  • The limited warranty is covered only under the following conditions
    1.Shrinkage, deformity, sagging by over 1-inch with intended use
    2.Unevenness, undulation on mattress surface

Warranty on Livpure OrthoX Mattress

  • Livpure’s OrthoX Memory Foam Mattress comes with a 10 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes covers).
  • The limited warranty is covered only under the following conditions

Warranty on Livpure Regal Mattress

  • Livpure’s Regal Mattress comes with a 10 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes covers).

Warranty on Livpure Naturale Mattress

  • Livpure’s Naturale Mattress comes with a 5 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes covers).
  • The limited warranty is covered only under the following conditions
    1.Shrinkage, deformity, sagging by over 1-inch with intended use
    2.Unevenness, undulation on mattress surface

Step 1: Inform Livpure about the problem (via mail, call or chat option on website) along with the invoice, product images and product label attached.

Step 2: Livpure will validated the same and post confirmation, return will be initiated at no cost to you.

Step 3: Livpure will send a gunny bag and the customer is required to place the mattress in it and keep it ready to be picked up. Customer to inform Livpure once the process is complete.

Step 4: Livpure will pick the product and inspect the received product and proceed with the claim status.

Step 5: Refund is initiated.

Water Purifiers and Appliances

Installation of the product is the responsibility of the Company, Livpure Pvt. Ltd

Warranty on product is 12 months from the date of purchase of end user. However all warranty terms and conditions are applicable as mentioned in warranty cards. Warranty Terms in Warranty Card:

  • This warranty is applicable for the first purchase and in no case it can be transferred or extended.
  • Repair of this product will be carried onsite basis.
  • The company or its Authorized “Service Providers” reserves the right to retain any parts of the component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of the defect being noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
  • This warranty on the product entitles the purchaser for free of cost repairs of the unit within warranty period and it does not entitle for replacement or refund of entire unit.
  • The Warranty is not valid for the damages resulting due to negligence, mishandling, improper use, tempering, breakage, soaking, fire, liquid damage, colour change and unauthorized repair.
  • The warranty is not valid if product is exposed to excessive moisture, temperature. Spillage of food or any other liquid and used with or connected to any accessory not fit for use with the product.

It is mandatory to register product warranty with our centralized call center i.e. 18004199399 to have periodically preventive maintenance and hassle free service.

-Customers shall lodge the complaints at our 12 hrs. X 7 days centralized call center numbers i.e. 18004199399, to have fast response and hassle free service.

Transit damage should be reported to the nearest service centre or at the centralized call center within 7 days from the date of receipt along with company invoice and product details.

The Accessory shortage, if any for sealed boxes only should be reported to the nearest service centre or at the centralized call centre within 7 days from the date of receipt along with the invoice / purchase details.

BEDSHEETS

Livpure bed sheets can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product has defect. The customer will be able to return the bed sheets only in cases of:

  • Colour Mismatch from Specification, Fading
  • Tear, Damage, Dirt
  • Stitch Defect
  • Shrinkage

The return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to

  • Customer Inflicted Damage to the bed sheets or the pillow covers
  • Missing Product Label

  • More than 30% of the spray consumed
  • Missing product label

There is no return applicable for mist spray without any defect.

Livpure SS Bottle can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product has defect. The customer will be able to return the SS Bottles only in cases of:

  • Dent of the bottle
  • Thermal property not maintained

The return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to

  • o Instructions for care on manual not followed
  • Missing Product Label

There is no return applicable for SS bottle without any defect.

Livpure’s SS Bottle with a 6-month warranty period from the date of delivery.

The limited warranty covers only the following under normal intended use conditions.

  • Loss of insulating property

The return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to

  • Customer inflicted damage to the bottle.

Warranty for all the products is activated within 24 hours from the date of product delivered.
