I don't get my order till now where and when I get my order
Nice packaging quality product ... Every things went smoothly till installation.
The Buyer should verify the Product upon its receipt.
The buyer shall be permitted to return/replace a product with manufacturing defects/ tampered packaging provided the buyer informs about the same within 7 days from the date of delivery by getting in touch with the customer care service team on the e-mail id care@livpuresleep.com along with the invoice, product images and product label.
In case the packaging has been tampered, it is recommended that the product is not opened and should be returned in the same condition.
In case a product is delivered in the wrong quantity, colour, model, and/or size or when the Product is significantly different from the description given on the website, the buyer can return the product within 7 days from the date of the delivery of such a product.
The company reserves the right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfil the terms and conditions.
Failure to send the required images may result in the cancelation of said return request.
Return of mattresses (except custom) will be done as per the 10-night trial policy. Livpure does not offer returns without any cause on any Bedding, Home & Living products delivered to the buyer.
If a buyer cancels a custom-ordered mattress at any time, no refund will be initiated. A refund is only valid if there is a defect after delivery ( please see warranty details for the same)
The Product will not be allowed to be returned if the product ID/serial no. is tampered with and/or when the original packaging of the product is not available.
A refund will be made to the Buyer once the return is reviewed by Livpure Smart Homes Pvt Ltd and this typically takes 14 days from the date of acceptance of Return.
If you ultimately decide the mattress is not right for you, within the first 10 nights from the date of delivery, we will do our best to ensure that the return process is as hassle-free as possible.

The refund will be processed by Livpure Smart Homes Pvt Ltd. within 10(Ten) to 14(Fourteen) working days once the product reaches our warehouse and it passes through a quality check.
Refunds will not be processed for any custom order cancelation.
The final decision on the refund will be made by Livpure Smart Homes Pvt Ltd.
In case any freebies are provided with the order the refund will be processed after deducting the freebies cost.
Livpure offers a 10-night trial on mattresses. The buyer need to return the product in the original gunny bag and PE cover provided by the company.

Step 1: Inform Livpure about the problem (via mail, call or chat option on website) along with the invoice, product images and product label attached.
Step 2: Livpure will validate the same and post confirmation, a return will be initiated.
Step 3: Livpure will send a gunny bag and the customer is required to place the mattress in it and keep it ready to be picked up. Customer to inform Livpure once the process is complete.
Step 4: Livpure will pick the product and inspect the received product and proceed with the claim status.

It is mandatory to register product warranty with our centralized call center i.e. 18004199399 to have periodically preventive maintenance and hassle free service.
-Customers shall lodge the complaints at our 12 hrs. X 7 days centralized call center numbers i.e. 18004199399, to have fast response and hassle free service.
Transit damage should be reported to the nearest service centre or at the centralized call center within 7 days from the date of receipt along with company invoice and product details.
The Accessory shortage, if any for sealed boxes only should be reported to the nearest service centre or at the centralized call centre within 7 days from the date of receipt along with the invoice / purchase details.
Warranty for all the products is activated within 24 hours from the date of product delivered.
