The Buyer should verify the Product upon its receipt.

1. Return of Product with Cause (Defect)

The buyer shall be permitted to return/replace a product with manufacturing defects/ tampered packaging provided the buyer informs about the same within 7 days from the date of delivery by getting in touch with the customer care service team on the e-mail id care@livpuresleep.com along with the invoice, product images and product label.

In case the packaging has been tampered, it is recommended that the product is not opened and should be returned in the same condition.

In case a product is delivered in the wrong quantity, colour, model, and/or size or when the Product is significantly different from the description given on the website, the buyer can return the product within 7 days from the date of the delivery of such a product.

The company reserves the right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfil the terms and conditions.

Failure to send the required images may result in the cancelation of said return request.

2. Return of Standard Size Mattress without Cause (10 Nights Trial Policy)

Return of mattresses (except custom) will be done as per the 10-night trial policy. Livpure does not offer returns without any cause on any Bedding, Home & Living products delivered to the buyer.

If a buyer cancels a custom-ordered mattress at any time, no refund will be initiated. A refund is only valid if there is a defect after delivery ( please see warranty details for the same)

The Product will not be allowed to be returned if the product ID/serial no. is tampered with and/or when the original packaging of the product is not available.

A refund will be made to the Buyer once the return is reviewed by Livpure Smart Homes Pvt Ltd and this typically takes 14 days from the date of acceptance of Return.

If you ultimately decide the mattress is not right for you, within the first 10 nights from the date of delivery, we will do our best to ensure that the return process is as hassle-free as possible.

Please note the Exclusions to Trial Policy under "what is the return policy for 10 nights trial mattresses"

3. Refunds:

The refund will be processed by Livpure Smart Homes Pvt Ltd. within 10(Ten) to 14(Fourteen) working days once the product reaches our warehouse and it passes through a quality check.

Refunds will not be processed for any custom order cancelation.

The final decision on the refund will be made by Livpure Smart Homes Pvt Ltd.

In case any freebies are provided with the order the refund will be processed after deducting the freebies cost.

Mattress

Livpure offers a 10-night trial on mattresses. The buyer need to return the product in the original gunny bag and PE cover provided by the company.

Exceptions to 10 Nights Trial Policy:

  • The Product will not be allowed to be returned if the product ID/serial no. is tampered with and/or when the original packaging of the product is not available.
  • The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the 10 Nights Trial Offer.
  • 10 Nights Trial policy is not applicable on purchases from other Marketplaces e.g. Amazon, Flipkart etc.
  • This policy is limited to one return per household per year.
  • Returns will not be possible if the wrong size is ordered we always recommend measuring your bed size before placing an order.
  • In case of a swap between different models the 10 nights trial will not be applicable.
  • The return request will not be accepted due to any price change between sale events.
  • Failure to send the required images may result in the return request being cancelled.
  • 10 nights trial period not applicable on custom mattresses
  • If there is any liquid spillage, stains, dirt etc. on the mattress, it can result in the cancellation of the offer

In case of a manufacturing defect, the buyer will have to return the product within 7 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects include:

  • deformation/ damage/sagging/shrinkage after 72 hours of decompression
  • Stitching defect
  • Deviation from size - fabric or foam

The product needs to be returned in the original gunny bag with the PE cover. A photo of the product label and defect has to be provided while placing the return order. Exclusions include:

  • Damages caused by customers while using sharp objects etc.
  • Instructions not followed correctly
  • Missing product label
  • Any water/fluid penetration

Livpure products have been designed with utmost care and patience. We know that our products will offer you the best experience, but in case you do need assistance, we’ve got your back! 

Livpure mattresses carry a limited warranty (excluding covers and labels and/or inserts). Livpure will return or replace the mattress at their discretion. The warranty covers the below under normal use conditions:

  • Mattress shrinkage, deformity or sagging of more than 1 inch
  • Undulations on the mattress surface or splits in the foam

The warranty exclusions (not limited to) are:

  • Sagging of less than 1 inch
  • Damage to the mattress due to unintended usage by the customer
  • Fabric or foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns
  • Use of the mattress on a bed that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress
  • Mattress cover and zipper

Other terms and conditions:

  • Only the customer who bought the mattress and has the invoice in his/her name is eligible for the warranty claim.
  • Mattresses kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and void the warranty
  • Livpure’s highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattress as shown in the original invoice

Warranty period basis mattresses:

  • Lumbar: 5 years
  • Duos: 7 years
  • Ortho CurvX: 10 years
  • Regal: 10 years
  • Jeeva: 10 years

Standard depreciation cost will be applicable for the customer in case Livpure Smart Homes decides to process the refund.

Please find below the process to claim a warranty:

  • Register for a warranty upon receiving the product on https://livpure.com/pages/warranty
  • Submit proof of the problem to Livpure along with the Order ID & Serial Number of the Mattress
  • A confirmation call will be made to verify the details – the customer may be required to share the photos/videos
  • Livpure shall arrange a pick-up from your location at no cost to the customer
  • Livpure to inspect the received product & confirm on claim status
  • Livpure to repair mattress or provide replacement if repair not possible subject to the Warranty terms
  • Livpure will ship the mattress back free of cost.

Step 1: Inform Livpure about the problem (via mail, call or chat option on website) along with the invoice, product images and product label attached.

Step 2: Livpure will validate the same and post confirmation, a return will be initiated.

Step 3: Livpure will send a gunny bag and the customer is required to place the mattress in it and keep it ready to be picked up. Customer to inform Livpure once the process is complete.

Step 4: Livpure will pick the product and inspect the received product and proceed with the claim status.

Step 5: Refund is initiated.

Bedding, Home & Living

All products other than mattresses in the sleep category fall under this, Including bedsheets, pillows, comforters, curtains, Stainless Steel bottles, smart home products etc.

  • Step 1: Inform Livpure about the problem (via mail, call or chat option on the website) along with the invoice, product images and product label attached.
  • Step 2: Livpure will validate the same and post-confirmation, the return will be initiated.
  • Step 3:Keep the product packed in the same packaging/box it was delivered.

Livpure’s SS Bottle with a 3-month warranty period from the date of delivery.

The limited warranty covers only the following under normal intended use conditions.

  • Loss of insulating property

The return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to

  • Customer inflicted damage to the bottle.
  • Care instructions not followed
  • Missing product label

Livpure Mist Spray can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product has defect. The customer will be able to return the mist spray only in cases of:

  • Bottle damage
  • Leakage

The return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to

  • More than 30% of the spray consumed
  • Missing product label
  • Wash Care Instructions not followed by the customer

There is no return applicable for mist spray without any defect.

Livpure duvet covers can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product has defect. The customer will be able to return the duvet covers only in cases of:

  • Colour mismatch from specification
  • Tear, damage or dirt
  • Stitch defect
  • Hollow filling
  • Elasticity defect

The return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to

  • Customer inflicted damage to the duvet covers
  • Missing Product Label
  • Wash Care Instructions not followed by the customer

Water Purifiers and Appliances

Installation of the product is the responsibility of the Company, Livpure Pvt. Ltd

Warranty on product is 12 months from the date of purchase of end user. However all warranty terms and conditions are applicable as mentioned in warranty cards. Warranty Terms in Warranty Card:

  • This warranty is applicable for the first purchase and in no case it can be transferred or extended.
  • Repair of this product will be carried onsite basis.
  • The company or its Authorized “Service Providers” reserves the right to retain any parts of the component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of the defect being noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
  • This warranty on the product entitles the purchaser for free of cost repairs of the unit within warranty period and it does not entitle for replacement or refund of entire unit.
  • The Warranty is not valid for the damages resulting due to negligence, mishandling, improper use, tempering, breakage, soaking, fire, liquid damage, colour change and unauthorized repair.
  • The warranty is not valid if product is exposed to excessive moisture, temperature. Spillage of food or any other liquid and used with or connected to any accessory not fit for use with the product.

It is mandatory to register product warranty with our centralized call center i.e. 18004199399 to have periodically preventive maintenance and hassle free service.

-Customers shall lodge the complaints at our 12 hrs. X 7 days centralized call center numbers i.e. 18004199399, to have fast response and hassle free service.

Transit damage should be reported to the nearest service centre or at the centralized call center within 7 days from the date of receipt along with company invoice and product details.

The Accessory shortage, if any for sealed boxes only should be reported to the nearest service centre or at the centralized call centre within 7 days from the date of receipt along with the invoice / purchase details.

Warranty for all the products is activated within 24 hours from the date of product delivered.
