Installation response very worest
I have been purchased Livpure eterna 1 week before. It was a great product in terms of purification, filters which were included, less noise and taste of the water.
I feel, 2 elements were missing, one is pre-filter should be provided into the kit. And second one, filter change alerts should be provided.
I ordered on 15 july from website gave me, also gave me extra discount on order, arrived on 17th ,installed on 18th. Installation partner contacted me for suitable time, and installation was done within an hour. All process was fast and hassle free. Overall was nice experience ✨
One thing I want to mention,since Ro purifier was delivered through*delhivery, they called me from company number which was not reachable to me, as truecaller already blocks any spam numbers I guess. Since I am living in rental house, landlord had to contact me because it requires OTP too. It's not Livepure problem but still part of the process, I'm sure I'm not the only the only one that have faced this problem, as far *Delhivery partner told me.
