• The standard warranty shall be applicable for the first year, as mentioned in user manual.
• Replacement of sediment and pre-carbon filters shall be provided free of cost in the event of failure within two years or up to 14,000 litres of water usage, whichever is earlier.
• All other spare parts, excluding sediment and pre-carbon filters, shall be charged at prevailing rate from the commencement of the second year onwards.
• Any service visits from the second year shall subject to a special discounted rate of ₹300 per visit.
•The recommended TDS of input source water should be < 1500 ppm.
• Installation must be carried out by authorised service partners and in accordance with the procedures specified in the user manual.
• All service requests must be submitted solely through the customer’s Registered Mobile Number (RMN) or Consumer App.
