Terms & Condition

This Livpure ACMC comprises Extended Warranty (EW) and Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (ACMC). It comes into effect only after the ACMC/EW is executed by you and Livpure Pvt. Ltd. as per the terms below.

• Coverage (Comprehensive ACMC):
  • All visits free of cost.
  • Two preventive maintenance services per year.
  • One-time replacement (per year) of any of: Sediment cartridge, Carbon cartridge, Membrane, Ultra Filter, Post-UF cartridge (if required/demanded).
  • All types of electrical and electronic items are covered under the comprehensive plan.
• Non-Comprehensive ACMC:

  Features vary based on the plan selected by the customer.

• Pre-requisites:
  • The unit must be in working condition at the time of enrolling in the ACMC.
  • Full payment of the AMC fee must be made at the start of the contract period.
• Termination / Cancellation:
  • In case of termination or cancellation, no refund will be provided for the unused period of the AMC.
• Customer responsibilities:
  • Ensure the water purifier is used as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Notify the service provider promptly in case of any issues or breakdowns.
• Relocation:
  • Relocation of the unit is not covered under the AMC; additional charges may apply for relocation services.
• Liability:
  • The service provider will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the malfunctioning of the water purifier during the ACMC period.
• Replacement limits:
  • Replacement of Membrane, Sediment filter, Activated Carbon, UF filter will be a maximum of one time per year (either by providing an ACMC kit or individual replacement).
• What the ACMC does NOT cover (Exclusions):
  • Parts or damages caused by misuse, negligence or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damages due to voltage fluctuations or electrical abnormalities.
  • Damages resulting from natural calamities (e.g., floods, fires, storms, earthquakes, etc.).
