Terms & Conditions –
1. Livpure Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) offers Scratch & Win Assured Gift ("Gift") to all its customers on purchasing any Livpure Electric Water Purifier from Livpure Stores (General Trade) during the offer period from 22nd Sept 2025 to 31st October 2025 or until stock lasts anywhere in India (Except Tamil Nadu). Eligible customers can avail the winning “Gift” upon fulfilling the terms and conditions mentioned herein. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Outlets, Stores, Store Managers and employees of the Company).
2. This Scratch & Win promotion is a trade promotion scheme offered by the Company. Each eligible purchase entitles the customer to receive an e-scratch card carrying an assured gift/reward. The nature, type, or value of the reward may vary; however, every participant is assured of a benefit.
3. Participation in this Scratch & Win promotion is absolutely free and optional. Customers are not required to pay any additional charges to participate. The products are available for purchase at the same price, with or without participation in this promotional offer.
4. This offer is valid for residents of India who are 18 years of age and above.
5. The Company has the sole right to withdraw or extend the offer period at any time without prior notice.
Scratch & Win Assured Gift -
1. Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. (CNPL) reserves the right to replace the gift (tangible) won by the customer with any brand/model of similar or potentially higher MRP if a product is discontinued by the manufactures or unavailable in the market.
2. Customers will be eligible to redeem the gift only after uploading the required documents and upon our receipt of the same by us.
3. Proof of uploading the required documents does not serve as proof of receipt. Customers will receive an SMS within three working days to confirm the receipt of the documents. If no confirmation is received, customers can call our Helpline No. 80100-99999 from 10:30 am to 05:30 pm on working days (Monday to Friday, except National/Bank Holidays) to check the status of the gift.
4. All gifts will be subject to India Laws, including tax regulations, as and when applicable. If any gift is subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), the winners will be responsible for bearing the TDS amount and it should be paid upon before dispatching the gift.
5. The last date to submit your request to redeem the gift is 31st March'2026.
6. The assured gift cannot be substituted, exchanged, or encashed with any other product or service. All sizes of the gifts are standard, and requests for specific sizes, color, design, or style will not be entertained. In the case of electronic products, defects must be reported within one month from the date of gift received by the customer/recipient, as replacements will not be provided after this period.
7. Only one e-Scratch Card Link per customer/mobile no. can be redeemed against the purchase. Please allow us 4-6 weeks’ time to dispatch the Gift from the date of document submission. Force Majeure applicable.
8. Any suggestions or complaints related to this offer discussed over the telephone will not be considered. All suggestions and complaints must be provided in writing to support@redeemyourgift.com
9. CNPL reserves the right to contact you via any means, including but not limited to call, SMS, email, and automated calls, regarding this offer. This includes receiving gift requests, dispatching the gift, and other related communications.
10. Any person taking advantage of this offer does so by fully accepting the terms and conditions. Gift requests that do not comply with the terms and conditions will be disqualified. Illegible, incomplete, invalid, wrongly filled, or manipulated request forms will be rejected. Required documents uploaded by the channel partners to redeem the gift on behalf of the customers may also be rejected.
11. Any disputes, if arising, will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court, to the exclusion of all other courts in India.

How do I get the scratch card?
1. Customer shall scan the QR code (provided by the Company) and fill the required details like – Name and Registered Mobile Number (same Mobile number from which the installation request has been raised with the Company).
2. Customer will receive the digital scratch card via SMS/WhatsApp within 24 hrs of filling the above request.
3. SMS will be sent in case the scratch card entry is denied by the Company due to incorrect/invalid contact no.
How to know your Gift?
1. Please click on the SMS Link sent to you on your registered Mobile No.
2. Verify your Mobile Number by OTP.
3. Scratch the hidden portion completely by finger on touch screen mobile phone.
4. Gift will be displayed on your mobile.
5. Redeem Your Gift as per the term on or before 31st March’2026
How do I redeem my Gift?
1. In order to redeem the gift, eligible customers must directly upload the Scanned Image/Photo of Product Invoice, against which you received this offer. Note: Please ensure that all content is clearly visible in the scanned image/photo at https://RedeemYourGift.com on or before the submission date (i.e., 31st March'2026) to upload the required documents for gift redemption.
2. Kindly register yourself with the same mobile no. and complete contact details.
3. Please click on “Redeem Your Gift” and upload a scanned Image/Photo of Product Invoice.
4. After uploading the required document/s, you will get an acknowledgment number. Please note down that acknowledgment number or take a screenshot for future reference/correspondence with us.
