Livpure water purifier Installed my remote village house 27/05/2026. I am soo satisfy of Livpure sales manager for their excellant co-operation from bigining i.e. help of online purchase to Installation .
We recently ordered the Livpure Allura Premia water purifier and had a great experience. The delivery was on time, and the installation process was very quick and smooth. The technician was professional and explained everything clearly. The purifier looks premium and works perfectly. Very satisfied with the overall service and support. Highly recommended!
The water dispenser has separate options for filling a glass and a bottle, which is a very useful feature. However, after pressing either option, the glass or bottle is filled only halfway. Could you please confirm whether this can be adjusted through a machine setting, or if a maintenance/service request needs to be raised to recalibrate the dispensing volume? Secondly, the water taste is like mineral water , how can we increase water TDS, is it safe to fit TDS controller inside the machine?
Service engg said it is from Kent and not from Livpure, if you want to install?

Water tasted very good and clean.
Technician service was moderate (Pipe given with the purifier was very small need to purchase extra pipe which they charged me 50 rs per meter which was very high and one nob costed me 400 rs. which would have costed just 150 outside), No invoice, user manual or warranty card found within the box which was surprising.
Overall very much happy and satisfied with but product but after sales service needs improvement.
