The tap is in the middle side of the water purifier as a result people face difficulties to take water. This should be improved according to me.

When I opened the box we identified some scratches on RO that was such a bad experience for me because I RO manufacturing date was 6 oct 2025 and I received my order on 11 oct 2025 after that I received those type of product kindly review this

I was purchased a livepure water purifier in lucknow and they told me for one year free service visit which was also mentioned in his brand. After some days Purifier leakage water. I raised a complaint but till the date no one came for rectification of defect. I call customer care twice only they gave me assurance and contact no of area head( Sandeep Chandra Pandey and Sanjeev Tiwari) but they not pick up the call. The service of the Live pure totally worst. They are totally irresponsible. Its too irretative for me. His service is not upto the standard they are just making fool to the customer in the name of Free Service.
